Firewall Restrictions:
If you are unable to connect to the stream from your workplace, please find out if there are firewall restrictions preventing you from listening or viewing the online stream. You may need to have your firewall settings adjusted by your IT or computer service dept. to connect & listen/view online. If you are at home, please check the settings for any firewall security you've installed.
Try to Cut & Paste Alternate Stream Address into your Player:
If you experience problems getting your player to connect or play the stream, please try the following:
- First launch your Media Player
- Then, For Windows Media Player or Quicktime, click on File>Open URL, for iTunes click Advanced>Open Stream
- Then cut and paste one of these links into your Player:
For Windows Media Player:

Upgrade Your Player:
Please make sure you are running the most current version of your media player for your computer. Older media players have much more difficulty processing media streams. See the links above for media player downloads & upgrades.
